Purpose of this site

The site presents the workshop and the types of winding we can build. It is not a shop: it does not allow purchases and does not constitute an offer to the public under article 1336 of the Italian civil code.

The technical data published describes typical working ranges. The binding figure is always and only the one stated in the written offer for the individual part.

Intellectual property

Text, images, technical drawings, trade name, logo and code on this site belong to Toroidal Winding di Antonio Perin or to their respective owners and are protected by Italian Law 633 1941 and by the industrial property code.

Short quotations are allowed provided the source is stated and the original page is linked. Full reproduction, translation or adaptation without written permission is not allowed, nor is the use of the content to train artificial intelligence models for commercial purposes without an agreement.

Limitation of liability

We look after the content carefully but we do not guarantee that it is free of inaccuracies or that the site is always reachable. We are not liable for damage arising from the use or the impossibility of use of the information published, save in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence and save the mandatory rights of consumers.

Nothing on this site replaces a technical check on the actual part, nor the conformity assessment of the finished appliance, which remains with its manufacturer.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

Use of this site is governed by Italian law. For disputes with parties acting in the course of their business the courts of Monza have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the jurisdiction of the court of your place of residence or domicile is unaffected.
